Before co-founding Futuring , Chandrashekhar worked in Europe with leading design studios. He is responsible for a strikingly wide range of work from appliances to transportation design. Chandrashekhar has been on design juries at many architecture and design schools.

Over the past 22 years, Shantanu has designed and engineered over 150 products for various sectors of the Indian industry. A co-founder at Futuring , his understanding of processes and tooling, allows him to lead engineering while keeping a keen eye on manufacturing possibilities.

Head of research & strategic
initiatives
Abhimanyu has worked across multiple locations of Philips in Asia and Europe and has several international design awards to his credit. From 2007-2021, he was the Head of Design, India responsible for projects across healthcare, lighting and consumer lifestyle verticals.
Vishwesh
Sant
Head of communication design
With over 35 years of experience is visual communication, Vishwesh has created a large body of work like branding, packaging and exhibitions and museum design domestic as well as global brands. An alumnus of NID, Ahmedabad, Vishwesh is also an abstract artist who has held many solo shows. Notable artwork is a 150 feet mural at Janpath metro station in New Delhi.

Head of operations
Amitabh is a seasoned management and delivery professional with more than 25 years of experience on a global scale. A Computer Science graduate from NIT (formerly REC) Bhopal, he has worked in India, US, EU and APAC and has set up Product Development teams, Project management offices and Engineering Departments at multiple organisations.
